Project Management Fundamentals

Course Length: One day      Next session:
Summary: This course reviews the basics of project management. It provides the theory and core methodology you will need to manage projects or participate on project teams. The training focuses on the conceptual underpinnings that you must know in order to use any project management software application effectively.

Project Management Level 1
Course Length: One day      Next session: Wednesday, October 20

Summary: In this course, you will create and modify a project plan, manage tasks by organizing them and setting task relationships, manage resourses for a project and finalize a project plan.

Project Management Level 2
Course Length: One day      Next session: Tuesday, September 21
Summary: This is the second course in the Microsoft Project 2007 series. You will eschange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create visual reports, and reuse project plan information.

(PMI®) PMBOK® 4th Edition, this course offers you a standards-based approach to successful project management across application areas and industries.
