Personal Care Aide

This Employment and Training Program is offered in partnership with Saskatoon Health Region

Graduates are prepared to handle home, long-term, and acute care responsibilities in a secure, respectful, and compassionate manner. Course delivery is by classroom theory, laboratory, and clinical experiences. Emphasis is on developing interpersonal and therapeutic communications, basic nursng skills, safety, and hands-on application of knowledge.

Prerequisites: Grade 12 diploma plus mandatory attendance at an information session
